Galleon Software Package

PetroServices Software Capabilities

PetroServices GmbH Provides a complete set for well life cycle monitoring, recording optimizing operations across drilling and production, our applications enables better decision-making and drive operations efficiency, we provided extensive mud logging data recording and acquisition with major E&P companies in more than 20 countries.
Our software solution in hands of highly experienced operators are performing to reach the highest level of value and satisfaction.
a comprehensive suite of capabilities in mud logging, drilling monitoring and Mud Engineering to streamline operations and ensure optimal performance throughout the drilling process.
Galleon Real-time Data Processing:
Galleon© is a comprehensive operational geology system equipped with various application modules. These modules form a robust toolkit for operations geology, facilitating the management of geological workflows and seamless integration with other data sources including drilling parameters, MWD, LWD and Geological data, particularly in the context of drilling operations.
One of Galleon’s notable features is its adaptability and customization which empowers clients to monitor, log, and report operations as needed. The Galleon database acts as a repository for critical information, allowing instant sharing to foster collaboration and eliminate redundant efforts, ensuring organizations can make informed decisions throughout the entire well lifecycle.
Furthermore, Galleon supports data export via the WITSML (Wellsite Information Transfer Standard Markup Language) data transfer standard. The collected data can be processed, stored based on depth, lagged depth, or time intervals and made instantly accessible for display and distribution across all connected users and Galleon applications through a centralized data hub.

All recorded data is delivered to Geoffice© for building different types of logs and reports, just by defining interval of time or depth, as well as Providing methodologies to generate pore pressure and fracture pressure gradient evaluation models .

Mud Hydraulics Software
In addition to real-time hydraulics calculated by Galleon software, the stand-alone program calculating mud hydraulics parameters as well as generating optimum bit hydraulics estimation for upcoming BHA/Casing runs.
Features:

  • Calculation of mud hydraulics parameters and bit hydraulics optimization.
  • Evaluate and design critical drilling hydraulics under simulated downhole conditions.
  • Achieve a quality wellbore under optimal operating conditions while reducing rig time and lowering costs.

Swab and Surge Software
Analyzes the complex downhole hydraulics when running pipes or casing for various pipe ending conditions.
Features:

  • Software not only calculating the surge and swab pressures for a given running speed, but also calculates optimal trip speeds at different depths.
  • Result is a higher percentage of successful casing/liner runs and tripping operations.

Well control Software
Well Control software helps to plan successful well control operations enabling to make the right decisions during operations and minimizing downtime by understanding the physical processes that occur during a well control incident.
Software is built around the well control workflow, with simulation feature, performing full Kill sheet including Kick tolerance, MASP and annular pressure.
DCC©
Data communication center, innovative data management systems based upon the new WITSML standards, provide an all-inclusive solution for real-time data delivery needs, including DCC-mobile for Presenting real-time well data through touch based environment (IOS and Android).
